Overview

With a sprawling site contained within a large warehouse, the challenge was to get connectivity/security for the new restaurant venture and company, move them from multiple small offices into one purpose-built space and virtualise their stock ordering system. Also, they needed daily IT support and management of email and multiple domains/hosting with specific DNS (Domain Name System) requirements.

What we did

We surveyed the site and liaised with the architects and owners to provide  locations for cables drops/equipment.  Over a period of weeks, we carried out the installation to connect the newly built restaurant into the main network using high speed leased lines. Installed and tested the restaurant and function rooms multizone Audio/Visual/CCTV/Telephone system. The client also moved into their newly built and connected offices. All the different businesses onsite were linked together, bringing multiple different networks into one whole. Next we worked with various suppliers to bring their stock ordering system onto a virtual production server utilising Microsoft Azure as the platform. Finally, we migrated the company email/documents to Office365 and Azure.

Our process

A site visit to see your workspace, a chat to understand what you expect as an end result of the entire process. After this we present a series of option that are tailored to the requirement and redundancy needs at that site.
