We were asked to ensure that the staff running the admin/booking department were provided with day to day support with the main goals to minimise downtime and increase productivity.
We partnered with them closely and advised on the most efficient way to technically construct their newly built workspace. We designed, configured and implemented a managed network and managed printing facilities and also migrated them to the Microsoft 365 platform.
